What put it over the top for us was Ryan Van Lochem’s customer service level and our sense of what it was going to be like to work with him throughout our project. Going forward, he did not disappoint. Although very professional, Ryan was also very easy going which helped reduce the stress of our decisions. He provided some excellent design ideas in conjunction with his brother Steve, based on sound experience, but did not force his opinion on us towards final decisions. In a nutshell, Ryan said what he’d do, and then did what he said. We admittedly introduced some scope creep, but despite a very busy schedule, Ryan was very accommodating and went that extra mile to ensure that some of our “smaller” details were still a priority, ensuring that they were not overlooked or pushed aside. Ryan’s crew were also friendly,courteous, and motivated in their work. The final result was quite breathtaking and reaffirmed our decision to go with Nature’s Own.
